Special consideration for those with:
- Commercial roofing experience: TPO, EPDM, PVC membranes
- Sheet metal experience; fabrication, trim work, commercial gutters, operating a shear and break
- We also hire workers with zero commercial roofing or sheet metal experience. Construction/labor experience is preferred, but not necessary
Specific responsibilities and duties will be dependent on skill level, experience, and need.
In general, you will work with a team in the processes of:
- New construction
- Tear off and re-roof
- Installation of PVC & TPO
- Installation of single-ply EPDM
- Installation of commercial shingles
- Siding installation
- Sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Maintenance and repairs
- Emergency leak response
