In efforts of saving you time and money, we recommend a proactive approach. Inspection your roof at least twice per year and preferably even more, allows you to identify potential problems before they become fully detrimental.

Put a plan in place. FAM Construction offers a contract maintenance program that includes bi-yearly inspections with a follow-up report that includes photos. We’ll discuss any areas of concern and the best remedies for them. We know that roofs are often out of sight and therefor out of mind, which is why this program is perfect.
