Zach founded FAM Construction, LLC in 2016 after working in the roofing industry for 12 years and studying business at Marian University. Through his business savvy and sweat equity, he has built a strong reputation of delivering quality and reliable service. Zach goes above and beyond to ensure every project meets his extremely high standards and every customer is treated like family.

Dan Terrell
Business Development Officer
Dan joined FAM Construction due to rapid business growth. Coming from a background of small business development, he brings valuable experience to help FAM Construction reach new heights while maintaining their reputable name. Dan and Zach met at Marian University while studying business and are now executing the plans they made more than a decade ago.

Tayler Gibbons
Foreman
As Zach’s brother, Tayler holds himself to the same high standard of excellence as his older brother. Before joining the family business, Tayler spent six years working in construction. Tayler’s accountability, initiative, and attention to detail is second to none in the industry. It’s innate in him to always be ready to take charge and to take full responsibility of the the work from him and his crew.
